Methods of Leaders

Co-Founder and Executive Producer, Justin LeVrier created Methods of Leaders in collaboration with Marshall Goldsmith and his 100 Coaches. In addition to creating and launching this product, LeVrier served as either Creative Director, Script Writer, Producer, or Director on over a dozen video-based training courses filmed in 6 countries, and from coast to coast in the United States.

 

Grant Rant Ep. 001

The “Grant Rant” is an early newsjacking webisode series created in November 2011 by Justin LeVrier & Grant Cardone. The show ran for 7 years on YouTube with 284 episodes total. In that time it generated millions of views, hundreds of thousands of new subscribers, and priceless viewer engagement

In the Grant Rant, Sales Training Expert Grant Cardone gives his 2 cents in under 2 minutes. Shows newsjacking the latest trending topics and gave a positive spin on negative issues — turning controversial or bad news into something to be learned from rather than distracted by.

 

Charity Water Promo

Scott Harrison, Charity Water Founder was a special guest on The Evolutionaries Podcast. Creative Director, Justin LeVrier worked with Zach Purcell to create this promotional video to generate awareness and interest.

 

Personal Branding

This personal branding video was designed with no call to action. Not common for a sales trainer, particularly in the car business. Instead, it was created specifically to enhance the image and prestige of Dealership Sales and Management Training Expert, Tim Kintz — Based on sales and customer feedback, it more than accomplished its goal.

 

Leadership Lessons from Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies

Creative Director, Justin LeVrier worked with Eric Schurenberg, CEO of Mansueto Ventures (Inc. Magainze and Fast Company Magazine) to script his online course; “Leadership Lessons from the Inc. 5000” for Methods of Leaders. In this video, Justin’s direction and scripting combined with Eric’s onscreen talent and voiceover come together creating a succinct content overview and chapter sample.

 

Outbound Conference BTS

Anthony Iannarino worked with Creative Director, Justin LeVrier and team on-site in Atlanta, GA to capture the ethos of the Outbound Sales Conference. The segment produced by Creative Leverage was designed to create excitement for people who were unable to attend, promote future conferences, and give everyone a look behind-the-scenes.

 

Guru of Gratitude

The Guru of Gratitude ethos video was a concept by Creative Director, Justin LeVrier. The Creative Leverage crew traveled to Vancouver, BC to capture the a day in the life of Corporate Culture Consultant, Executive Coach and actual Guru of Gratitude; Chester Elton.

 

Not Another Zoom

In the early days of COVID-19 Connie Dieken, one of the Top 10 Executive Coaches in the world wanted to establish a way to stand out from all the other professional speakers. Justin LeVrier and the Creative Leverage Team worked with Connie to create a home studio of network television quality, and then produce this short piece; “Not Another Zoom” to highlight her digital broadcasting and speaking capabilities.

 

Free Chapter and Lead Capture

This is a sample of a free chapter on Methods of Leaders highlighting the course by Peter Bregman, Leading with Emotional Courage. This video contains a sample of the “choose your own adventure” interactive training (2min 47sec). After about a minute or two, an “email gate” would pause the video and pop onto the screen as a lead capture (not shown here). A series of videos like these were distributed to all talent, along with a full activation kit to share with their audiences. The videos served a dual purpose as lead capture devices on Methods owned digital properties. JA Worldwide Teaser

This is a sample of a teaser for an online JA University training program Justin LeVrier worked with JA Worldwide to create. The first course, co-written and directed by LeVrier; “Principles for Success,” was filmed on location with Sr. Alumni Manager, Sarah Rapp. It was later released on Methods of Leaders as well as JA University.

 

Methods for Women’s Leadership Teaser

This short one-minute teaser for Sally Helgesen’s course; Methods for Women’s Leadership. It was aimed at the Methods exiting subscriber base and begins with a voice-over, showing Justin LeVrier and Sally talking about her background growing up in Greenwich Village, New York. It was designed to create curiosity and build credibility in Sally as an expert in the field of women’s leadership for the Methods of Leaders on-demand training program.

 

“Make the Switch”

Justin LeVrier, Creator and Creative Director for Grant Cardone’s 2010 “Make the Switch” campaign included a smart site to help people fire their current sales training company, refer their friends, and make the switch to the then-new, Cardone On-Demand Sales Training.

 

Opening Sequence

The “Math and Science Behind a Successful Retirement” was created for Tom Hegna, a leading Financial Services and Insurance Sales Trainer, and Author of “Don’t Worry, Retire Happy” and “Paychecks and Playchecks”.

Over a period of time, Tom Hegna worked with Justin LeVrier and the Creative Leverage Team on branding, marketing, demand generation and to further develop a number of products including Tom Hegna On-Demand, a sales training program for financial professionals. This opening sequence was designed to be edited into various marketing and sales videos in order to brand Mr. Hegna, help build trust and establish further credibility.

London Fasion Week

RIMIX Cosmetics founder Rianna worked with Creative Director, Justin LeVrier while in London to create this promotional video in one day using 100% existing footage, screengrabs, and custom motion graphics. (Motion graphics by Zach Purcell)

 

First thing’s first

Snow Software global all hands broadcast during COVID-19 lockdown from the United States and Sweeden. Each person on their executive leadership team was tasked with creating a short video to kick the broadcast off and help the international audience of around 1,000 employees get the most from the 2-day Zoom-based event.

Justin LeVrier worked with Snow Software General Counsel, Kirk Larson to come up with the concept for “First thing’s first.” LeVrier then went on to script, film, and edit this short piece on his own over a 12 hour period while quarantined, using only a handheld Lumix GH5, Rode NTG-1 Shotgun Videomic, and available natural lighting — It was the hit of the conference.

 

Women’s Leadership Course Overview

This short course overview for Sally Helgesen’s, Women’s Leadership Course is one of a number of post-purchase videos created to help guide existing users inside the Methods of Leaders LMS on which course to participate in next. It shows a sampling of the people she interviews in the course, including UNICEF Deputy Director, Megan Gilgan and #1 Executive Coach in the world, Marshall Goldsmith.

 

B2B Sales Accelerator Explained

Anthony Iannarino and Justin LeVrier collaborated and came up with the concept and structure for the B2B Sales Accelerator blended online/facilitated training and coaching program together. As they built out the product offering, the two of them created this video and several others together in Anthony’s Columbus, Ohio loft over the course of a weekend. Product Development; Build-or-Burn

Tim Kintz collaborated with Justin LeVrier to develop a series of sales games and competitions to engage his training participants on an ongoing basis in their car dealerships, and to build his brand name “KINZ.”

The “Build or Burn” competition is a game that helps salespeople with low closing ratios improve, while at the same time rewarding high performers. Let’s just say, you don’t want to be the salesperson with the black fire extinguisher displayed on your desk — But if you are, you’re constantly reminded that “Every Customer Counts” from the large laser engraved text. The top rep? Well, they get the “Relationship Builder” trophy to keep; a 2.5 lb branded golden dumbbell to proudly display on their desk.

Either way, the KINTZ logo is now proudly displayed on hundreds of sales consultants’ desks throughout the United States and Canada.

This is a sample of a free chapter from the Marshall Goldsmith course Methods of Behavioral Change on Methods of Leaders. Videos like these were distributed to the talent to share with their audiences (list) and also used for Methods own content marketing. Gratitude for Gratitude

Justin LeVrier receives a special delivery at the Creative Leverage office and sends a video of gratitude to authors’ Chester Elton and Adrian Gostick for sending an advance copy of Leading with Gratitude (published by Harper Collins) to the team.

 

Online Course Teaser

Creative Leverage worked with Tim Kintz to create his own robust LMS and online training academy; KintzNOW. This recurring revenue product was filled with dozens of courses and promised users new content and added value throughout their subscription, similar to Netflix or HBO Now. This Unsold-Followup Course teaser promo was meant for two audiences; existing subscribers for retention, and also to generate new subscribers, both as a sales enablement tool for the B2B sales team and content for the marketing team.

You hear that? Yeah, neither do I” is one of a dozen in a series of Call To Action (CTA) videos scripted and produced by Justin LeVrier for Automotive Training Consultant, Tim Kintz. The series has generated a significant amount of leads for 6+ years, and are still in use to this day.

 

Sales Around The World Ep_001 Park City, Utah

Justin LeVrier designed the webisode series; Sales Around the World for Sales Guru, Shari Levitin first and foremost as a top-of-funnel content marketing strategy, and second for nurturing existing contacts. In order to ensure the content could be created consistently, quickly, and on the go. The format was predicated on keeping things simple using only an iPhone and a lav mic (when available) — In this series, we were not going to let perfection get in the way of progress (as you’ll hear in episode 004).

 

Go Faster with Tim Kintz

This video features one of the early episodes in the webisode series created by Justin LeVrier for Tim Kintz. It was designed as a top-of-funnel awareness organic/paid SEO content strategy both to brand Tim Kintz and to drive leads. The series was successfully optimized for the #2 search engine YouTube and now has generated over one million views (in a narrow b2b market), branded Tim Kintz as the leader in his space, and resulted in a significant amount of business (sorry, the amount is confidential) for the Kintz Group.

The Sales Playbook

In order to be more accessible to a wider audience, a mid-level price point product was needed. Tim Kintz and Justin LeVrier worked together to concept, design, and produce the Quarterly Sales Playbook, a subscription-based high-quality physical product (with online components) that created recurring revenue and constant engagement with the brand.

Salespeople used the playbook daily as a guide and ongoing training tool, while sales managers used the contents in their coaching conversations.

 

Outcomes Sales Planner Overview

Justin LeVrier and Anthony Iannarino developed the Outcomes Sales Planner, a subscription-based product together, and created this product overview at Anthony’s loft in Columbus, Ohio. The overview was used in social posts and on the marketing page for the product.

This client engagement recap & Shari Levitin ethos video; “Vendiendo con Pasión” was conceived, filmed, and edited by Justin LeVrier on the beach in Puerto Rico over 2 hours using only his iPhone 10 Pro. This is an example of not overthinking things and making magic quickly with limited resources.

 

“What are people saying about…” Teaser

A short video was needed by Shari Levitin for an important and time-sensitive sales presentation. The deadline, “I need it in 3 hours.”

Using existing archive footage, handwritten class feedback, and email testimonials Justin LeVrier came up with a concept on the fly for this fast-paced, movie trailer-like testimonial teaser. This was a figure it out, with no resources or time, and get it done scenario. We think it came out pretty good.

Online Sales Training Segment

This segment is one of nearly a hundred filmed in the personal residence of sales training expert, Shari Levitin in Park City Utah. Creative Director, Justin LeVrier knew that to be authentic, Shari did not belong in a studio and that a side benefit would be a logistically faster production. In advance of the production, Justin vetted and secured a professional local production team whom he oversaw during filming. During pre-production, LeVrier served as a co-writer for the training content and directed Levitin. The content was later packaged and sold in her online universal sales academy.
